    We at Ekya Schools accept admissions throughout the year. 

    Here is our admission guidelines: 

    • Application:
    1. 1. Kindly fill out the application form without leaving any field empty.
    2. 2. Please attach the mandated documents listed in the form at the campus. 
    • If you are filling out the application online, do not forget to upload the necessary documents. 
    • Entrance Test and Evaluation:
    1. 1. On the day of the Entrance Test, please reach the school half an hour before the scheduled time.
    2. 2. Students should carry only their pen/ pencil and eraser for the entrance test.
    3. 3. Students must read all the instructions in the question paper carefully and plan their time for answering each question.
    4. 4. Both the parents and the child are requested to be present for interaction with the Head of the School.
    5. 5. It is important for parents to be cheerful and polite to the Head of School and to respect her time.
    6. 6. Please carry all required documents that need to be submitted (if not done already).
    7. 7. Parents are requested to maintain the decorum of the school.
    • Acceptance
    1. 1. Parents will receive intimation with regard to the admission status through emails.
    2. 2. Admission is based solely on merit.
    3. 3. If parents do not wish to go forward with the admission, the seat will be passed on to the next candidate on the list.

    Here is our Admission Process simplified for you:

    1. 1. Registration

    OR email us at admissions@ekyaschools.com 

    OR visit our campus anytime between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays and 8:30 to 3:00 pm on Saturdays.  

    1. 2. Application Form

    You can start your application online or during your visit to Ekya Schools. Kindly submit the application form along with the following documents:

    – 5 passport-size photographs

    – Student birth certificate 

    – Academic record for last two years (for Montessori Senior / K2 and above)

    – Caste certificate (as mandated by the Government)

    – ID proof of both the parents and student (Aadhar / Passport)

    The application fee is to be paid either through Paytm or cash. 

    1. 3. Evaluation

    Involves two steps:

    1. An Entrance Test on a pre-scheduled day.
    2. An interaction with our Head of School.
    1. 4. Acceptance `

    The final selection and acceptance of the student will be informed to parents through email. Please sign the Admission Agreement on campus and confirm your child’s admission.   

    1. 5. Fee Payment 

    Please acknowledge the acceptance over email. Note that the first instalment of the fees is to be remitted within ten working days of the acceptance. 

    The final step is on-boarding your child and joining our Ekya Community of learners, thinkers and doers. This will be handled by our team.

    *Parents will be intimidated within two working days about the application status. If selected, the parents must sign an admission agreement and pay the first instalment of the school fee within ten working days.
