Field Trips are important to help bridge the gap between education and hands-on experience. These trips provoke a sense of curiosity among the students along with the .They begin to see that what they learn within the walls of the classroom can help them solve the problems they see in the world around them and can have a direct impact on who they become as people.
The Students of Grade 4 went on a Outbound learning trip to Bannerghatta Zoo and the Butterfly park on 4th November, 2019. The aim of this trip was to learn about the different habitats of animals, pay close attention to signs at the exhibits describing the animals and their habitats. Also they had to observe the reason why animals move in a variety of ways, based on their body structure, environment, and adaptations for survival.
