Mathangi Rajasekaran
Head of School, Ekya School, NICE Road

Mathangi Rajasekaran is a passionate, dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven educator committed to every child’s academic growth and holistic development. She has over eight years of experience in the field of education with varied roles as a Counselor, Educator, Academic Coordinator and Teacher-Trainer.

Mathangi believes in training young minds and hearts alongside academics and has always been focused on enabling students and educators to break barriers and unleash their true potential. She strongly believes that given the proper guidance and resources, every student and every educator can reach their true potential. She held various positions at Ekya School, J P Nagar, including Math & Social Science Educator and Academic Coordinator, before taking over as HOS of Ekya School, NICE Road.

Before joining Ekya Schools, she has been a self-employed story writer, storyteller, and emotional skills & parenting skills facilitator. Mathangi graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. In addition to being a certified counsellor, she has completed several “school leadership” courses—a singer by passion and an environmentalist by heart.
