Sreepriya Unnikrishnan
Head of School
Ms Sreepriya Unnikrishnan is a passionate, organised and highly motivated individual. She has been with Ekya School, JP Nagar since 2012. She has led the team of teachers in academic programs, establishing effective systems and processes, improving methods of teaching during her tenure as an Academic Coordinator.
Ms Sreepriya Unnikrishnan has over 18 years of experience in education. She has been a part of several initiatives from the British Council like ‘Connecting Classrooms’ and ‘Curriculum Planning and Assessment’ workshops etc. She has visited several schools in the UK as part of the Teacher exchange programs, organised by the British Council to understand their curriculum, assessment and operations.
Ms. Unnkrishnan has had her school and college education in reputed schools and colleges in Chennai and she has two Post graduate degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics and Public Administration from the University of Madras and Universtity of Calicut. She is a University rank holder and was awarded the ‘Star of the college’ award given to the best outgoing student in her Post graduation. She has a B.Ed from IGNOU. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and also plays the Veena.
Saroja Vedantam

Saroja Vedantam has been an enthusiastic educator for over 25 years and holds a B.Ed and Bachelors degree in Commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University. She loves art, especially music, and exhibits an attitude of continuous learning.
Anjana Santhosh
Academic Coordinator - Primary School
Ms Anjana Santhosh is an action-oriented professional. She has been with Ekya JP Nagar for the last four years and has seven years of experience in the field of education. She also enjoys listening to music.
Ms Anjana is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated educator who wants all the children to be successful and self-driven. Her interpersonal communication with parents, students, and peers fosters meaningful relationships. She is skilled and adapts quickly to diverse learning and teaching styles. Ms. Anjana has Postgraduate degrees in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and in Pre and Primary Teachers Training and a Bachelors in Journalism, Psychology, and Optional English from Bangalore University. She has represented school Volleyball and Shot-put at the district levels and conducted dramatic workshops in training and development.
Shanthi Sivaram

Ms. Shanthi Sivaram is a self driven and hardworking individual and has been with Ekya School JP Nagar for the last 9 ½ years. She is always ready to share and take responsibility while being focused on her goals, is determined and able to endure. She believes in perfection in every task and is eager to learn technology. Her strength lies in knowing each and every student and parent at the Ekya School JP Nagar Campus personally. She believes in connecting with parents as it is the first step to understand any student.
She is a graduate in Commerce from Osmania University and holds a Diploma in Computer Application. She likes traveling, listening to music and believes in sharing knowledge and helping others. She comes from a corporate background wherein she was working with companies like GE Capital and The World Bank.
Prerita Hangal
Assistant Manager - School Administration
Ms Prerita Hangal comes from a corporate background and has been with Ekya for 3 years now. She is warm, friendly, diligent and a great team player. She takes care of all the back end processes related to administration and operations at Ekya, JP Nagar.
Ms. Prerita has completed her Postgraduate in Commerce (Management) conducted by the University of Mumbai and also holds a Diploma in Finance Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. She is a finance professional having more than 10 years of experience working with MNCs like Owens Corning. She loves cooking, traveling, listening to music & has learnt bharatanatyam dance. She has represented her School in dance programs & college in debate competitions & Extempore speaking.
