We at Ekya Schools accept admissions throughout the year.
Here is our admission process simplified for you:
1. Are you interested in being a part of the Ekya community?

You can come to the campus right away between 8.30 am – 4 pm on weekdays and 8.30 am to 3 pm on Saturdays
2. Application Form
You can fill the application form online/download or during your visit to the school, and submit it along with the following documents:
– 5 Photographs
– Birth certificate of the student
– Academic record for last 2 years (for Montessori Senior / K2 and above)
– Caste certificate
– ID proof of both the parents and student (Aadhar / Passport)
Pay the application fee through Paytm or cash.
Involves two steps:
First: An Entrance Test on a pre scheduled day.
Second: An interesting interaction with our Head of School .
The final selection and acceptance of the student will be informed to you through email. Please sign the Admission Agreement and confirm the admission.
5. Fee Payment
Please acknowledge the acceptance over email and pay the first instalment of the fees within 10 working days of the acceptance.
6. Final Onboarding
We will confirm the payment received and guide you through the final onboarding process.
*Kindly note that online interaction is arranged between the parents and the Head of the School only if the parents are NRIs. Parents will be intimidated within two working days about the application status. If selected, the parents must sign an admission agreement and pay the school fee within ten working days.*
