Rhymes and stories are a very important factors for the development of a child. They not only help with using and understanding words but give the child an opportunity to develop an interest in these areas. Children love stories and rhymes with actions. This encourages them to be involved in group activities. In participating, we not only learn the song but the actions too. Both of which need skill and lots of concentration to put the two together at the some time.
Children at Ekya Early Years, JP Nagar had Rhymes Competition for Sub-Juniors and Juniors on 10th September 2015 and Story Telling competition for the Seniors on 11th September 2015.
