Vayu played their first match on 11th July 2023 with Jal. The game commenced with a jump ball, as Vayu got it in hand and made their first basket by Chaitanya Arun of Class 8-C. Until the first 7 minutes, Jal couldn’t touch the board due to the solid defence of Vayu, as they converted every ball that reached their court to the basket and kept Jal down. At the end of the first quarter, the score was 4-0.
